New Jersey employers with 10 or more employees are required to annually distribute the required Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA) notice, in both English and Spanish, to their New Jersey employees. Employers must complete the notice by adding the appropriate employer contact information, and may distribute it either in hard copy or electronically. Employers should also display the CEPA notice, which was revised in August 2011, with the rest of their posters.
