We perform investigations into these claims, interviewing the accuser, witnesses to alleged acts, and those accused of the alleged discrimination or misconduct. We then provide the employer with a comprehensive report that evaluates the validity and strength of the claim and provides recommendations for remedial action, if necessary. Some clients request our guidance while they conduct their own internal investigations.
