Housekeepers, Nannies, Caregivers and Other Domestic Workers

We counsel clients who hire and maintain household staff and other domestic workers on key issues relating to compliance. This includes minimum wage, overtime, recordkeeping, insurance coverages and the New York State Domestic Workers Bill of Rights.

Most individuals require assistance in navigating the complicated rules of hiring and paying household staff.
