We counsel clients who hire and maintain household staff and other domestic workers on key issues relating to compliance. This includes minimum wage, overtime, recordkeeping, insurance coverages and the New York State Domestic Workers Bill of Rights.

In addition, we explain the appropriate records that need to be maintained and guide clients in dealing with salary and separation issues.
