WARN Act (Plant Closings) / Reduction in Force

Employers often reduce their workforce for economic or strategic reasons. Our attorneys provide comprehensive support and guidance throughout the Reduction in Force (RIF) process and ensure compliance with the WARN Act and the Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OWBPA).
