FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act) Law & Compliance

The federal Family and Medical Leave Act applies to employers with 50 or more employees and contains several rather complicated provisions. Among its provisions are specific steps to be followed to document the number of days an employee takes off for an FMLA-approved leave.
