504 Educational & IEP Plans Preparation

At Halpern & Scrom PLLC, we provide support to school administrators in creating 504 Plans under the Federal Rehabilitation Act. We also provide guidance and legal support increating individualized educational programs (IEPs) under the Individuals with Disabilities Educational Act (IDEA).

Educational plans and IEPs are essential to the education of students with special needs. We represent private and charter schools and early childhood centers to help them ensure compliance with the students with disabilities plan process.
