Ashley Miskovsky is an Associate of the Firm, providing personalized legal support across employment, education and business law. She helps clients navigate complex workplace issues, school operations, and business structuring with clear, practical solutions tailored to their unique needs. Whether advising schools on FERPA or assisting businesses with strategies for managing workforce changes, Ashley’s focused approach ensures her clients receive effective, actionable guidance.
Ashley also has extensive experience preparing employee handbooks and policies to ensure compliance with evolving regulations, as well as various employment contracts, including severance and non-compete agreements. To support the Firm’s business clients, Ashley prepares vendor agreements, buy/sell agreements, and assists with overall business structuring. In the Firm’s education practice, Ashley supports schools in developing policies that align with both legal standards and institutional goals.
